Ron's Demo Reel

No retrospective of Ron's life would be complete without a sampling of his amazing talent as a graphic artist and motion designer. Here's one of his demo reels...

All of us at Dorcas Ministries send our condolences and prayers. We did not know Ron personally but have known Todd and Jill for years. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance during these times.

  4. Such talent, what a waste of life. However, God had a plan. Our thoughts are with the family and friends of this talented man.

  5. MY DEAR SON,
Today marks three years since we lost you. Viewing your Demo Reel once again, brings home the final reality:
You were valued by so many of whom you were never aware! Through your sincere dedicaton and promotion of your computer animation craft in the 80's,
those who learned from you passed it on and became the valuable, successful talents of the 90's and into the year 2000.
I thank Ringling School of Art for having the foresight and faith to allow a young, innovative artist have free access, whenever the ibspiration hit, day or night to a small room with a computer, to perfect his visons in a new field.
Those efforts contributed to Computer Animation being accepted as a new wave!
I also thank Ted Voss for steering you to Ringling and further encouraging your efforts in NYC.
I also hope that those who looked to you for guidence, realize their faith in you motivated further progress for all. The wonderful comments on ronwissing.blogspot.com by many are testimony that you never saw while here, but verify you were, indeed, a true pioneer for Computer Animation as we know it today. For all the above and more, I am admittedly and tremendously a proud parent..
I think of you every day asi view your art and memorabilia .Eternal love, Mom mpwiss@aol.com
