Ron in Pictures...

11 comments:

  1. Thank you to whoever posted these pictures. I'm Ron's niece, Jen. I wish I had been able to spend more time with my uncle. I've been bragging about how talented he is for my entire life. I truly was proud of him for his accomplishments. This has been hard for me, and I can only imagine how my dad has been getting along. He was there for Ron like I've never seen anyone be for anyone else. Thank you to the creators of this blog; it may be cliche to say, but I have full confidence that Ron's memory will live on forever.

  4. You're welcome Jen. Your uncle and I were friends for 20 years, so I felt it was the least I could do. Also, thanks for the hint regarding the comments. I missed that last night when I was putting this together. I have changed the settings as you suggested.

  5. Lou,
Thanks for creating this blog. I just found out about Ron's passing today and am profoundly sad. Ron was a wonderful giving human being and if it was'nt for him
I wouldn't have the career I have today. He was instrumental in opening the door for me in New York and I'll always love him for that. My heartfelt condolences to everyone in his family and to you too because you were one of his dearest friends. Is there a way we can contribute pics to this page? I've got a few.

  6. Colin, it's great to hear from you, I only wish it could've been under better circumstances. I believe when you post a reply you can insert an image into your post, so the images would live in the thread. The other option is to email them to me at work lcaputo@caputocreative.com, and I'll add another slideshow.

  9. I was Ron's soccer coach when he played for the Seminole Strikers. He was a great competitor and a pleasure to coach. He could always be counted to give his his all. His passing is way to soon. May God bless you Ron and all of your family.

  10. Ron was a such a sweet, funny, kind, and generous person. I only remember him with a smile on his face. Of course he was amazingly talented, and terribly cute too. Sorry Ron... can't help it. I am sorry he's gone so soon. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. May God bless you and keep you.

  11. His family can be so proud that he packed more wonderful experiences and faithful friends into his time with us than most do in a lifetime! I treasure our good times and proud to call him a true friend who was always ready to help when the need arose. We need more like him and he has inspired me to try to be that type of person.
